Founded in 2022 by Karina Kiely, Dream to Prosper is an independent personal and leadership development business connecting individuals with established educational programs and learning experiences.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, leadership, learning and development, Karina established Dream to Prosper from a longstanding belief in the value of continued personal growth and lifelong learning.

Meet Karina Kiely

Karina Kiely is the founder of Dream to Prosper, bringing more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, leadership, learning and development.

Originally trained as a Registered Nurse, Karina went on to build an extensive career in learning and development, including senior leadership responsibility for learning across a large Australian healthcare workforce.

Her longstanding interest in developing people and leaders ultimately led her to the personal development industry and the establishment of Dream to Prosper in 2022.

Today, Dream to Prosper connects individuals with established personal and leadership development programs and learning experiences available internationally.
